Work it! How do you work out?

I’m feeling fabulous today. Why? I just worked out with my daughter. How do you work out? Do you prefer a gym? Class? Stretching? Calesthenics? Do you desire to workout at home with a dvd? Weights? With friends? What motivates you?

I would ❤️to hear how you enjoy working out.

 

I’m dating myself here, but I love to workout with Denise Austin on DVD at home! “We tone to get sexy arms, tighten your tummy and firm up your butt! Which is what we all need, it is the last thing to leave the room!” I’ve always said, “If I look like her at 50 then I’ll be thrilled!”
Your workout routine does not have to take all day. In just 30 minutes you are on your way to looking good and feeling good!
Getting healthy is easy, just make it part of your daily routine and part of your new habits.

  1. Start by taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
  2. Invite a friend to walk for half of your lunch hour or take a walk before or after work.
  3. Get up 30 minutes early and work out by choosing your favorite YouTube video.
  4. Vary your exercise. Some days I lift weights, cardio, or stretch.
  5. Make it fun and a priority. Your body will thank you for it!

 

You are worth it! Working out is rewarding. You will see and feel the difference. The days that I don’t work out, I can tell.
