My oldest daughter came up with this lovely recipe. Great job Ariel! This recipe is super versatile. Add your favorite ingredients.
Acai Bowl Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 package of Acai frozen packet (pure & unsweetened)
1 frozen banana
1 cup of coconut water (Zico)
3/4 cup organic frozen strawberries or blueberries
Blend in a vita-mix blender and pour into your bowl.
Top with your favorite toppings.
We added goji berries, kiwi, orange, coconut, chia seeds sprinkled with a hint of drizzled honey.
Pictured we didn’t use honey but instead topped with pumpkin seeds, bee pollen, buckwheat’s, shredded coconut and cacao nibs.
