Beet Hummus Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

1 T of tahini

1 T of lemon juice

1 T of olive oil

2 cups of chickpeas cooked

1/2 t of salt

3 T of water

1 garlic clove

1 beet cooked

1/2 T of maple syrup

 

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and serve with veggies.
