Cabbage Carrot Wrapper Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

1 head of organic green cabbage, washed, sliced with food processor

4-5 carrots, peeled and grated

2-inch piece of ginger, grated

2 T. avocado or grapeseed oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Coconut aminos or Gluten Free Tamari

10 Rice wrappers or rice noodles

 

Sauté cabbage and carrots until tender in a small amount of oil until soft and lightly browned. Salt and pepper to taste. Separately, in a small pan sauté ginger. 

Soak rice wrapper in water for about 1 min until soft. 

Place on plate, add filling and wrap. We cook ginger separately as some of us LOVE it and others of us prefer a small amount. 

If using rice noodles, cook noodles according to package directions and place cooked veggies on top.

Serve both with Coconut Aminos or Tamari sauce. YUM!
