Chia Seed and Cherry Oat Granola Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup cashews
1/2 cup almonds
2 T Chia Seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup Medjool dates
3/4 cup Gluten free oats
1 tsp Vanilla-alcohol free
1/4 cup Dried cherries or raisins
1 pinch salt
1 tsp pumpkin spice and 1/8 tsp cardamom
Food process seeds and nuts. Add dates and mix again. Place into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Place in the fridge or freezer until ready to serve. Top with fresh fruit. (pictured banana and blueberry)
