1 lb of fresh chicken or chicken tenders
1/4 cup of grapeseed oil
1 1/4 cups of Gluten Free crackers **
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
If you aren’t dairy free Parmesan cheese works well too.
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash chicken. Crush crackers to a fine powder in a food processor and add the yeast or cheese and garlic powder. Place crumb mixture in a bowl for chicken. Pour oil in a separate bowl. Take chicken and dip into grapeseed oil, then roll in crackers until well coated. Place on a glass pan for baking. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until well browned. Serve with honey, horseradish, or your favorite dipping sauce.
