6 cans Black Beans
2 can Great Northern beans
2-16 oz can diced tomatoes
2 small jars of organic chunky salsa, mild
2 Handfuls of chopped cilantro or 2 drops of cilantro essential oil
2 T. dried Parsley
3 tsp cumin
4 T minced garlic-from a jar
2 tsp onion powder
3 tsp chili powder
2 T lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a pan on the stove. Simmer for 25 minutes. Serve with unsalted organic non-GMO corn chips, dairy free coconut plain yogurt or sour cream, and additional salsa.

I doubled this recipe. Other options are to add 2 cans of organic non-GMO corn.
