7 tbs. of coconut oil
7 tbsp. of cocoa powder
3 tbsp. of maple syrup
2 tsp. of hemp seeds chopped
2 tsp. of sunflower seeds chopped
2 tsp. of pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp. of almond butter
2 tbsp. of peanut butter
Mix all of the seeds together and melt the oil so it becomes liquid. In a pan, heat water and place a bowl with the nut butters in it so it creates a double boiler. Add the cocoa, maple syrup, and coconut oil together to create the chocolate. Fill the mold with the chocolate about 1/3 of the way and let it harden. After the chocolate has hardened, layer the nut butter, seeds, and more chocolate in that order and freeze. After the chocolate has hardened enjoy!
