My girls had some tater tots the other night and they reminded me of this yummy recipe! What a simple way to enjoy this whole food.
Hot fries Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes
Grapeseed oil
Chili Powder
ketchup-optional
sour cream-optional
Wash potatoes and cut lengthwise into wedges. Dredge through grapeseed oil and coat well with Chili Powder.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes turning once midway.
We enjoy these with ketchup and sour cream. We have also tried plain non-dairy yogurt.
