This recipe is fantastic! It is a no guilt raw Holiday Fudge. It satisfies a sweet tooth!

No Guilt Raw Holiday Fudge Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup raw cacao powder

1/4 cup sesame seeds (I grind in a coffee grinder to ease digestion)

1/4 cup sunflower seeds (I grind in a coffee grinder to ease digestion)

2/3 cup raw honey

2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts OR a mixture of both

 

Mix well by hand. Press into your favorite lightly oiled holiday dish. (8 X 8) Chill and cut. Keep refrigerated.
