Quick and Easy Bok Choy

In our recent CSA basket, we received some Bok Choy.

Here is a quick and easy way to cook it!

Quick and Easy Bok Choy Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

1Bok Choy

2 T. avocado oil

3-4 garlic cloves minced

1/2 c. water

dash of red chili pepper flakes

salt and pepper to taste

 

Chop the Bok CHoy and heat a skillet with the oil. Add the stock of the Bok Choy first and then after a few minutes, add the leaves. Add the water and garlic after the stocks and leaves are soft. Serve with a dash of red chili pepper flakes and add salt and pepper to taste.
