Raspberry Mango Smoothie

The title of this one might not sound that great, but it is OH SO yummy! We drink this on those post work-out mornings when we are on the go. Great electrolytes!

This is fantastic for a snack when the kids come home from school.

Raspberry Mango Smoothie Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of coconut water (fresh or Zico brand)

1 frozen organic banana

1 avocado

1 cup frozen organic mango

1 cup frozen organic raspberries

1 scoop of your favorite protein powder Vega Greens

OR 1 scoop of TERRA Greens

 

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high until mixed. Enjoy!
