Raw Red Pepper Nori Rolls

This recipe requires a dehydrator, it is for my advanced followers. This recipe is delicious.

Raw Red Pepper Nori Rolls Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

The day before prepare the following or early in the morning :

3 red peppers

2 carrots

1/4 yellow onion

2 T grated ginger

3 cloves of garlic

1/4 cup sesame oil

1/4 cup coconut aminos 

Chop peppers & yellow onion into chunks. Slice carrot with a food processor.

Mix all ingredient together and place in to a dehydrator for 3 hours. 

 

Coconut Ginger Rice

1 cup dried coconut 

1/3 cup pine nuts -not soaked

1 medium head of cauliflower, shredded in food processor 

2 drops dōTERRA ginger essential oil 

Add first 4 ingredients to a food processor until mixed thoroughly, add essential oil.

Set aside

 

2nd layer

Red pepper mixture from above

2 T coconut aminos

2 T Thai kitchen red curry paste

2 drops of dōTERRA black pepper

 

Process ingredient in a food processor until almost smooth. 

Other ingredients: Nori, bean sprouts, avocado

 

To assemble:

Place ginger rice on nori paper, add a layer of Red pepper paste, top with avocado, sprouts and roll up.
