This is one of our favorite recipes to make to replace electrolytes after sports, sweating, sauna etc!

Once you get the hang of opening coconuts, it doesn’t take long! Even my young kids open them!

INGREDIENTS:

2 Young Thai Coconut meat plus water

2 frozen bananas

2 cups strawberries

 

Blend all ingredients, pour and freeze!
