How do you rest?<\/p>\n

My idea of relaxation and rest is to take a warm bath with Epsom Salt and essential oils, read a book, go for a walk. What relaxes you?<\/p>\n

We all need to rejuvenate ourselves. If you are a mom like me, we need to take time to recharge our batteries. This is KEY to our emotional health.<\/p>\n

1\/3 of our life is spent sleeping. How much sleep are you getting? We typically need 8 hours of sleep a night. Sleep is our natural state of rest.<\/p>\n

Also, if we sleep too much or too little we tend to be irritable. Getting the right amount<\/span> of sleep is another KEY to good health.<\/p>\n

When we are sick our body is telling us that we need time to rest so that it can \u00a0repair itself.<\/p>\n

Our bodies were meant to heal themselves! Are we giving our bodies what we need to do this with, nutrients, physical exercise, proper rest?<\/p>\n
