Lately I have been reviewing information about blood types and how we should modify our diets to best suit our body’s individual needs. After doing an at-home lab blood type test I found on Amazon (see the first kit here<\/a>) and (see the second kit I purchased here),<\/a>\u00a0I began to modify our family dinners to best suit each of my family member’s blood type. Luckily, my family members all are either A, B, or O, so, for example, some meals I will cook a beef recipe for my O types, but then create the same dish but substitute the meat with tofu for my A and B types.<\/p>\n
