4. Feed your gut bacteria with good foods. Eating a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchee, sea vegetables, and beans can be very helpful in maintaining good gut flora.<\/p>\n

5. Avoid gluten and processed foods. Eat the rainbow! If we are eating different colors of the rainbow then we will be sure to avoid lots of these processed foods. Even gluten free foods can be too much and overload the system with additives. When choosing grains, choose whole grains like millet, quinoa, or oats. Try to avoid processed foods like bagels, breads and donuts.<\/p>\n
