Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Instant Pot Breakfast

This Oatmeal is a wonderful recipe for a cold day or for any day. With the cooked apples mixed with cinnamon and coconut, it leaves a rich sweet and savory flavor.

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Instant Pot Breakfast Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

2 Apples

2-3 cups of combined rolled oats and steal cut oats

2-3 Tablespoons of maple syrup (or let everyone add their own at the end of cooking–Several of our family members do not like sweetener.) 

A pinch of salt

1-2 Tablespoons of cinnamon

2 cups of water/canned coconut milk for every 1 cup of oatmeal. We add 1 can of coconut milk and 1 cup of water to this recipe for a creamier consistency.

 

Finely chop the apples and toss in the Instant Pot. Add in all other ingredients as well in the Instant Pot. Pressure cook on the manual mode for 4 minutes. Once done let it cool for 10 minutes and serve, Enjoy! 

If you don’t own an Instant Pot then you may cook on the stove top until creamy.
