What are essential oils?
Essential oils are naturally occurring aromatic compounds found in plants.
Essential oils have been used for thousands of years. They are found in Traditional Chinese and Egyptian medicines. Oils are mentioned more than 300 times in the Bible.
My family and I use essential oils for cooking, cleaning, beauty regimens, diffusing, cleansing the air, and we use them for health issues when the need arises.
Essential oils do not “heal”, they balance the body so that the body may heal itself.
