Avocado “Pudding” Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

2 avocados

1/2 cup carob or raw cacao

1/2 cup maple syrup

 

Cut avocado in half lengthwise and spoon out flesh. Discard seed and peel. Put avocado in mini processor and add carob/cacao and maple syrup. Adjust cocoa and syrup to taste. Blend ingredients together for a healthy alternative to chocolate pudding. 

Top with sprouted buckwheaties.
