If you are similar to me, you grew up eating the traditional wheat filled Ramen. There is now a gluten free, yummy alternative by Lotus Foods, Millet and Brown Rice Ramen.
Gluten Free Ramen Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 *Ramen patty from Lotus Foods Millet and Brown Rice Ramen
1 teaspoon *Sesame Seed Oil
2 teaspoons Gluten Free *Coconut Aminos Sauce, OR Tamari Sauce
Boil 2 cups of water and let the Ramen patty set for 5 min. in the boiling water. Drain the water from the patty and then pour in a bowl. Add in the oil and sauce and this can be served with miso soup. Enjoy!
