Miso Soup Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
8 cups Hot Water
1 medium sliced carrot
3 Tbsp. Emerald Cove Silver Grade Ready-to-eat Wakame
2 Scallions thinly sliced
3-4 Tbsp. Miso Master Organic Sweet White or Traditional Red Miso
(Optional) Tofu
Directions
First Bring the water to boil, add carrots, and cook until tender. Next soak Wakame in cold water for 10 min. When carrots are tender add Wakame for 1 min and add green onions for 1 min. Now remove from heat, melt the miso in some of the broth and mix the miso in the soup! Serve after soup has chilled a little. Enjoy!
