Roasted Cauliflower

How can I get kids to eat veggies? Roast them with a little oil.

Roasted Cauliflower Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

 

1 head of fresh cauliflower OR 

1-2 packages of frozen cauliflower 

grapeseed oil

 

Cut into florets or open frozen cauliflower and spread it onto glass baking dish and roast at 425 degrees for 40 minutes. Add a bit of grapeseed oil before or after roasting, being careful not to pour too much.

Remove from the oven and enjoy!
