Walnut Paté

Place the walnuts, lemon juice, olive oil, tamari or coconut aminos and garlic powder, and salt in a food processor fitted with the S blade and process into a paste, add parsley and red onion and pulse a few times to incorporate. Stop occasionally to scrape down the side of the food processor with a rubber spatula. Walnut Pate will keep for five days.

This is awesome on slices of homegrown tomatoes.

dash salt

1 T fresh parsley

1 T red onion
