My Top 3 Favorite Juice Bars in Nashville

Hey there!

So recently I’ve known many people who have decided to visit my city of Nashville, Tennessee, but since they’re all relatively healthy-eating people, they asked me where the best juice bars are. I like to call Nashville the “Los Angeles of the South” for a reason: we have a health-food craze and there are many juice bars suddenly appearing everywhere!

Here are my top 3 picks:

Franklin Juice Co. (12th Ave South & The Factory at Franklin) – Franklin Juice Co. is hands-down my favorite juice bar in Nashville! This is because they use organic fruits and vegetables in their products, and also utilize a cold-press juicer, which not only makes the juice last longer, but it gives the juice a fresher taste! My favorite juices to get at Franklin Juice Co. are the “Sweet Beet” and “Morning Dirt.” Along with juices, this company also features AMAZING acai bowls. My absolute favorite is the “Kona,” with the coconut shavings add-on, and bee pollen. If you come to the Nashville area, say “hey” to my friends at Franklin Juice Co. (also, check out their Instagram page! It’s pretty cool)

I Love Juice Bar (Berry Hill & Brentwood) – The I Love Juice Bar is definitely one of my most frequented spots in Nashville. Not only do they provide quick and kind service, they also have a variety of different products to choose from. From green juices to “roots,” delicious smoothies to essential oil and monster/power shots, I Love Juice Bar has something for everyone in your family! I also love that this specific juice bar uses doTERRA essential oils in their juices! They feature four unique essential oil “shots,” and use doTERRA’s Slim and Sassy, peppermint and orange essential oils, as well as lemon and OnGuard essential oils. These oils are 100% safe to ingest, as they are the highest quality oils with absolutely no “filler” ingredients. Some of my favorites at I Love Juice Bar are the “Cocoa Banana” smoothie, the “Ginger Greens” juice (which is the Sweet Greens juice but with ginger to spice it up!), and the “What’s Up Doc” roots juice. These juices are all super delicious, and I especially like that they are less expensive than Franklin Juice Co.’s. Check out I Love Juice Bar’s Instagram page here.

Whole Foods Market Juice Bar – Now the Whole Foods Market Juice Bar is located in every Whole Foods Market that I’ve seen. This was my first encounter with juice bars, and ever since my girls became obsessed with the smoothies here as children, we frequented this place. What I enjoy most about this specific juice bar is that you can do a make-your-own juice. I typically have a carrot base, then add kale, lemon, and ginger for a healthy “zing!” in my mouth. While they are making my custom juice, I get a shot of wheatgrass for a quick mineral and vitamin intake. The Whole Foods Market Juice Bar is definitely worth trying if you’re doing some shopping at Whole Foods and need an extra pick-me-up. (If you haven’t already, peep Whole Food’s Instagram page).
