Ceasar Salad Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

Dressing                                                                       Croutons

2 cloves of garlic                                                         DeLand’s gluten-free bread

1/2 cup of Vegenaise                                                 Olive oil 

3 T. nutritional yeast                                                  Italian seasoning 

1 T. lemon juice

1 T. olive oil 

1 can of anchovies 

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Place anchovies and olive oil inside a food processor and blend. Put the rest of the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and mix and add the anchovies and olive oil. Cut the bread up into small,  bite-sized squares and coat them with olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning on them. Bake in a toaster oven until they are crispy and golden brown. Chop a head of romaine lettuce up and place in a large bowl. Top with dressing and croutons. Enjoy!
