Peanut Butter Overnight Oatmeal Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of oats
1 banana
1 T. of peanut butter (almond butter is just as yummy)
1 t. of cacao powder
1/2 cup of coconut milk
Mush the banana with the cacao powder. Add the oats in a jar and then layer the mashed banana and cacao powder. On top, add the peanut butter and then milk. Store in a fridge with a lid and set overnight. Pull out anytime and enjoy! (great for days on the run!)
