Oatmeal with Blueberry & Orange Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

 

Steel cut oats

Water

Organic Blueberries

Wild Orange Essential Oil-optional

Ground flaxseed-for added fiber-optional

 

Soak 2 cups of oatmeal overnight. Drain and rinse. Combine steel cut oats and enough water to cover them and cook on medium for 5-10 minutes until oatmeal is soft. 

Add organic blueberries and 1 drop of Wild Orange essential oil per serving.

The taste of Wild Orange and Blueberries is amazing in this recipe!
