Nutty Cereal Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 cup pecans

1 cup raisins (organic-grapes have a high content of pesticides)

1 cup dried apple slices

1 cup raw sunflower seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

2 T hemp seeds

1 T black sesame seeds

2 T coconut shreds

1/4 tsp of cloves

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg
Pulse chop walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds in a food processor. Add the rest of ingredients and store in a glass bowl in the refrigerator.
