Apple Sunrise

Apple Sunrise Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

1 apple

2 T. of Almond butter (peanut and sunflower are fantastic as well)

1 T. of ground flaxseed

 

Toppings:

blueberries

raspberries

cacao nibs

coconut flakes

hemp seed

buck wheaties

bee pollen

oats

raisins

goji berries

sprinkle of cinnamon

 

Chop the apple and place in a bowl. Mix the almond butter and flaxseed in a small bowl. Combine and mix the almond butter and flaxseed mixture in with the apple. Add any other toppings in and enjoy!
