Baked Summer Squash Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

2-3 squash sliced

1 tomato sliced 

1 onion diced

Italian seasoning

1-2 T of grape seed oil 

 

Preheat the oven to 425º. In a pan add all the ingredients in and place in oven for 30 min.
