Beet Carrot Juice

I love trying new juice recipes. Juice is SO good for your health. It bypasses the digestive processes. I typically enjoy a fantastic juice 30 min prior to a meal. Sometimes a juice fast is in order to give the digestive system a break.

It promotes more energy, cellular health and vitality!

 

I typically consume about 8 ounces of juice per hour. Eighteen years ago when I first began juicing I remember reading our bodies can only assimilate 1~ 8-oz glass an hour.

Beet Carrot Juice Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

1 beet

10 carrots

1 inch of ginger

lemon

 

 

Peel the carrots, ginger, and the beet. Slice the ends of the carrots and beet off. Cut the beet into cubes as well as the ginger. Juice the ingredients in your juicer. Store in the fridge and add lemon when ready to drink.
