Breakfast Burrito Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

1-2 tortillas 

2 eggs scrambled

2 T of red onion chopped

1 tomato chopped

1/2 pepper chopped

1 avocado chopped

1/2 cup of black beans

a dollop of salsa

butter

 

Scramble the eggs with the red onion and then add everything except the tortillas in with the eggs. Melt the butter in the pan before adding the tortilla. Cook the tortillas until brown. Add the mix onto of the tortillas and server!
