Smear Vegenaise on tortillas.

Add veggies:
Romaine
black beans
carrots
nutritional yeast—GREAT vitamin B-12
frozen peas -thawed
frozen corn-thawed
cucumber
olives
red pepper
sunflower seed sprouts

Fold and eat!
