Chia Kiwi Pops Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

2 kiwis pealed and chopped

4 T of chia seeds

1/2 cup of coconut milk

coconut water

 

Soak the milk and the chia seed together until the chia seeds have expanded and the milk is gone. Fill 1/4 of the popsicle mold with coconut water and then add some kiwi. Add the chia seeds next and fill so the popsicle mold is about 3/4 full. With the 1/4 of the popsicle mold add mire coconut water and kiwi. Let the popsicle freeze completely before taking out of the freezer.
