This hummus is absolutely simple and YUM! Try it with your favorite vegetables like cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, Plantain chips, or Gluten free crackers.
Classic Hummus Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of cooked Garbanzo beans (or 1 can)
1/4 cup liquid from beans
2 T. Tahini
2 T. Lemon Juice
2 T. Olive oil
1 Garlic Clove
1 tsp salt-I omit for salt free version
Paprika
Black olive
Add all of ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. Add Paprika and olive oil to the top. Garnish with a black olive
