Fried Rice Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

2 Tablespoons of grape-seed oil

1 Tablespoon of minced garlic

1 onion chopped

2 cups of soaked brown rice

3 cups of chicken broth

1 cup of frozen peas

1 cup of frozen carrotsĀ 

1 cup of frozen peppers

3 eggs beaten

soy sauce to taste

 

In a pan, on medium heat, heat the grape-seed oil and add in the onion and garlic and cook until tender. Add the rice, chicken broth, peas, carrots, and peppers in and cook for 5 minutes. Add the eggs and cook of another 3 minutes. Serve with soy sauce.
