1 head of kale, washed, destemmed and dried
For the sauce:
2 T apple cider vinegar
2 T coconut aminos
2 clove garlic
2 T lemon juice
2 T Tahini
4 T nutritional yeast
Wash and destem kale and dry in a salad spinner. Puree all ingredients of the sauce in a Vitamix. Pour sauce over kale and massage. Massaging the sauce in the kale for several minutes helps to break it down.
Serve with our without added sesame seeds.
