Gluten Free Cinnamon Pancakes Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups of gluten free pancake mix
1 cup of coconut milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. melted coconut oilÂ
2 tsp. cinnamon powder or 1 toothpick of cinnamon oil
Mix all the ingredients together. Make the pancakes over medium-high heat.
