Granola

This granola is sure to please even the pickiest eater. We make this and keep it in the refrigerator to eat as breakfast cereal. It is such a treat without all of the sugar that a store bought cereal will have. Top with your favorite fruit.

Granola Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

4 cups rolled oats

1 cup crushed almonds–(soaked and dehydrated)

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1 cup sunflower seeds

3/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup pumpkin seeds

Grind seeds for a finer texture. Separate wet/dry ingredients. Combine and mix well. Place on a solid dehydrator sheet and dehydrate until dry. 

*NOTE: If you don’t own a dehydrator, put it in the oven at 200 until dry. Be sure to watch it.
