Grilled Veggies

Happy Weekend! This is a simple meal that doesn’t take a lot of prep time. Half peppers and onions, grill as long or as short as you would like. Turning over half way through the cooking process.

 

While it is grilling, warm frozen gluten free tortillas over a burner OR a toaster oven.

We enjoy Vegenaise on each tortilla and top with your toppings. Sometime we add fresh raw lettuce to it.
