These Baby Bellas are perfect bite-sized for your next party appetizer.
Juicy Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 package of small baby bellas
Wash, dried with caps removed. (marinate separately)
For the marinade:
2 T olive oil
1 T Tamari
1 T Balsamic Vinegar
Marinade the mushrooms in the sauce for at least 30 min. (I will toss these in my dehydrator but this is not required) Dehyrdrate for 2-4 hours alone.
For the Pesto:
3/4 cup basil
2T olive oil
1 cup pine nuts or walnuts or a mixture
1 large clove of garlic
2 1/2 T nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
Salt to taste
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Place Pesto on Baby Bellas after dehyrdrating and add a small tomato wedge. Delicious!
