Lemon Salmon Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

Salmon

 

1 lb of salmon fillets

1/4 cup butter, melted

5 T lemon juice-fresh

1 T dried dill weed

1/4 tsp garlic powder

pepper to taste

 

Lightly grease glass baking dish. Wash and pat salmon dry with a paper towel. 

Place salmon in glass dish. Add the butter, lemon juice, dill weed, garlic powder and pepper in a small bowl and pour over salmon, turning it over a couple of times to be sure the whole fish is covered. 

Bake for 8-10 minutes until it flakes easily.

Place salmon in an oven on 425 degrees. I don’t  preheat this one.
