Raw Pizza Bites

These crackers are GREAT with some store bought hummus, or guacamole for a quick meal or you may make your own toppings.

Raw Pizza Bites Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

Cracker

  • 2 cups flax seeds
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 small amount of cilantro
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 T red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • dash of salt

Toppings

  • 2 mashed avocados
  • 1/2 lime
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • Garnish with sliced tomatoes and olives

Combine flaxseed and water. Blend tomato, cilantro, lime, red pepper, garlic and salt and then pour this mixture over top of the flaxseeds and water. Let sit until the flaxseeds soaked up the water then dehydrated until dry. Flip over and dry both sides. 8-12 hours on the first side and 4-8 hours after they are flipped over.
