Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Happy Fall everyone! This recipe for roasted pumpkin seed is fun to make with your kids. The process is easy and the final outcome is healthy.  Change up the ingredients, and add what your kids enjoy.

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

2 cups pumpkin seeds

I drizzled grapeseed oil on seeds then added the following:

1 tsp Vegan Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/8 tsp pepper

Toss to coat! Bake at 250 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and dry. Cool and allow kids to snack on them anytime.
