Roasted Root Vegetables Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

3-4 Carrots-chunked

2-3 Sweet potatoes-chunked

1 Butternut squash-chunked

Place in a rectangular glass dish or stoneware.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 

Roast for 40 minutes in Grapeseed oil.
