Rosemary Omlette Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs

1/2 tsp. dried rosemary 

1/4 cup of frozen red peppers

2 tbsp. onion chopped

salt and pepper to taste 

 

Whisk eggs until smooth. Add the other ingredients in and mix. Over medium heat, spray the coconut oil in a pan and pour the mix in the pan. Cook on one side and then flip it to cook the other. Add salt and pepper to taste.
