Rosemary Potato Stacks Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
10-12 medium golden potatoes
3-4 T. of melted butter
1 t. of rosemary or 3 t. of fresh rosemary
1 clove of garlic minced
salt and peper to taste
Preheat oven for 475℉. Peal the potatoes and slice them as thin as a potato chip. Melt the butter and pour it in with the other ingredients in a bowl. Add the potatoes and mix together well. In a muffin pan, stack 10-15 in the holes and place in the oven for 55 min–1hr. After they are done cooking serve with catchup or plain.
