2 cup of jasmine rise soaked
4 cups of water
4 cups of stir fry mix
4 T. of grape-seed oil or sesame-seed oil
After the rice has been soaked for about 5 hours, drain and wash well. Add the water and the rice in an instant pot on the rice mode. Cook the stir fry with oil and serve on top of the rice.
