Vegetarian Korean Barbecue Recipe
INGREDIENTS:

1 head of cauliflower washed and cut 

drizzle of olive oil

Lettuce cups

peanuts (optional)

Chives (optional)

 

For the Sauce:

1/4 cup of tamari

2 T Maple syrup

1 clove of garlic

1 inch of ginger

1 Tablespoon of rice vinegar

1 Tablespoon of sesame oil

1/2 Tablespoon of cornstarch

1 Tablespoon of Sriracha sauce

 

For Sriracha Mayo

1/2 cup of Vegenaise

1/2 teaspoon of Sriracha  sauce

 

Bake the cauliflower with a drizzle of oil for 30 minutes on 450º. Place all of the ingredients for the sauce in a food processor. Process until smooth. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and cook on medium heat stirring frequently until it thickens. Once the cauliflower is done, pour the sauce onto it and mix well. In another bowl, mix the ingredients for the Sriracha mayo. Serve with peanuts an chives.
